Adventures + Things To Do In Argentina
Argentina’s capital bears the historical mark of colonial rule, and is well known for its well preserved Spanish-inspired architecture. Journey through the old pathways and enjoy the atmosphere created when the past and the present collide. When you’ve had your fill of city life, get out of town to hit the hiking trails and revel in the very best the natural, Argentinian landscape has to offer.
The Nocturnal Town
Palermo is filled to the brim with cafes, restaurants, clubs and bars and comes together to form a vibrant nightlife scene. With so much to choose from, you’ll definitely find a place to work during day time or let off steam after a hard day’s meetings and calls.
Food is a huge part of the culture here in the Argentinian capital. Endless choice awaits. Why not try some steak that’s been grilled to perfection? Alternatively, tuck into a bowl of potato souffles, Argentina’s best kept secret!
Worth the ride
Take a day out and challenge yourself to experience a tour of all the hotspots in Buenos Aires by bike. This tour will make sure you get to see some of the iconic landmarks in the city like La Recoleta cemetery and the Palace of Congress.
Get away from the hustle and bustle of a thriving metropolis and experience the Reserva Ecologica, an 865 acre stretch of land adjacent to the sprawling city. It’s a wonderful place for a walk, with excellent opportunities to see all the wildlife.
Experience the majesty of the Iguazu Falls. This awesome waterfall is twice the size of Niagra Falls. Watch as 450,000 cubit feet of water tumbles down the 275 cascades every second, creating a landscape of unrivalled beauty.
The Dance of Passion
The tango dance has its origins here in Argentina and is a part of daily life here in Buenos Aires. You’ll see it in the street as you walk by and at the evening tango shows after sundown.
The Story-Telling Street
La Boca Caminito is a street museum that tells the story of a town that would have been forgotten. Enjoy the work of Benito Quinquela Martin, the artist who decided to renovate this part of his hometown.
