Our Home IN Berlin

Summer is by far the best season to visit Berlin. The city’s residents take full advantage of the decent weather to hit the streets, enjoy the rooftops, parks and beautiful waterways as they partake in endless events across the city. It's magical and we can't wait to explore it together with you.

We'll be 20 Tribers strong, staying in close proximity to all the action! The accommodation comes equipped with good internet, plenty of space for work and play, and a setup that will make you feel comfortable and productive. Below, you can see a collection of previous spaces we stayed in to give you a general idea of quality. As soon as our new home in Berlin is confirmed we will update the photos.

Adventures + Things To Do In Berlin

Powerful street art, brilliant bars, intriguing history, mouthwatering food, world class museums and outdoor adventures...the list is endless. Berlin is 5x bigger than Paris and a city that never sleeps. You'll always find an event and we are going to be spoilt for choice on what to do.

Berlin has plenty of cool, unique rooftops where you can appreciate the city’s sunset and nighttime lights or have a delicious brunch.

Rich in History

Einstein, Bismarck and Hitler, JFK and Bowie, they’ve all been in Berlin and shaped the city in their own way. Berlin went through revolution, was headquartered by Nazis, bombed to bits, divided in two and finally reunited - that was only in the the 20th century!

Bungee-jumping-1000x505.jpg

To all adrenaline Junkies

Forget about bungee or base jumping, try “base flying”. Take an elevator to the rooftop terrace of the 125 meter high Park Inn hotel and jump off the building right in front of the famous Berlin revision tower.

The city that never sleeps

The city's vast party spectrum caters for every taste, budget and age group. From tiny basement clubs to industrial techno temples, chestnut-canopied beer gardens to fancy cocktail caverns – Berlin delivers hot-stepping odysseys, and not just after dark and on weekends but pretty much 24/7.

Hangout by the "Beach"

Various areas of the riverbank (especially across from the main train station) have “beach bars” let’s join the people after work and lounge in beach chairs, have a beer, and soak up the sun.

Tempelhof

The former Airport is ideal for a wide variety of activities that need a straight, flat surface. You can go roller blading, meet up with friends for a picnic, or even go kite landboarding. Especially in summer, it’s a popular place to meet up.

A truly culinary explosion

With its eclectic mix of immigrant and classic German food cultures at relatively low prices, Berlin is on course to become one of the most exciting food destinations in Europe. Our recommendation: Streetfood Thursdays at Markthalle Neun!

Sneak into abandoned places

Ruins, derelict sites - Berlin is covered in abandoned buildings even old theme parks and hospitals. It can be a bit creepy, but it's fun to explore and there will be plenty of photo opportunities!

The Mountain Getaway

One of the most beautiful treasures Germany hides are the beautiful Saxon Switzerland and Elbe Sandstone Mountains, only 2.5 hours outside of Berlin. It’s a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. If you want more adventure explore it by Quads, rent a canoe or go rafting.

The Baltic Sea

A 1.5 hour drive will get you close to a wonderful, fresh sea breeze. Stroll around white beaches, go surfing, kiting, sailing or just enjoy a relaxed weekend on one of the islands.

Sunday Afternoon at Mauerpark

A mix of a rundown park, Berlin Wall monument, public hangout, flea market, pocket music festival, karaokeville - it transforms into a social gathering, where everyone comes to eat, drink and listen to the bands play. #bucketlist
