New to WiFi Tribe? A Chapter is a month of co-living & co-working with 15-25 remote professionals and entrepreneurs. You'll arrive in a new city with an instant community of inspiring, like-minded friends to do life with (deep work on weekdays, daily hangouts, shared dinners, big adventures on weekends). Your social life is an automatic 10/10, but you choose your pace and set your schedule. And by the end, you'll leave with friends you keep traveling with for years.

Explore the pristine beaches of Isla Bastimentos, Isla Carenero, known for its local culture and surf spots, and Zapatilla Cays, perfect for snorkeling and beach days.
3. Explore the Island on Four Wheels
Rent ATVs and explore the rugged terrain of the islands, navigating through lush jungles, scenic beaches, and off-the-beaten-path trails.
4. Snorkel and Dive the Archipelago
Discover the colorful coral reefs filled with diverse marine life, including tropical fish, sea turtles, and starfish. Popular sites include Coral Cay and Hospital Point.

Bocas has a split personality! On the surface, it looks like a sleepy beach town where you can choose to live in peace, surrounded by beautiful beaches and nature. And on the other side, you have the more 'backpacker-y' party beach life (including the infamous Filthy Friday).

Born in Panama City, Panama, but very much a citizen of the world. I've lived in places like China, Australia, Germany, the US, Thailand, Nepal, before finally calling Spain home. My background’s a mix of biodesign, startups, and community building, but at the core of everything I do is one constant: I care about people.
I like meaningful conversation, belly laughing, and helping groups feel connected without forcing it. Hosting for WiFi Tribe feels like the most natural thing I’ve ever done, and I can’t wait to meet you out there.

Highlights
We're calling an island paradise home all month long! Bocas del Toro in Panama has it all: beautiful beaches, lush rainforests, and some of the best coral reefs you'll ever see. Whether you're into snorkeling, diving, or relaxing on the beach, you'll find paradise here.
We're hitting Bocas during the dry season when you get sunny Caribbean weather, calm waters for island-hopping, and fewer crowds than peak season!
Our coliving homes are absolute perfection! We'll be staying in a collection of homes that are quintessentially Bocas del Toro, with all of the properties right on the water.
We’ll have incredible sea views and dreamy sunsets every single day! Most rooms come with A/C, and the ones that don't will have a fan.
Our properties are roughly a 15-minute walk to the town, or a short taxi ride away. Here, you'll find cool bars, restaurants, and cafés for coworking sessions.
Good to Know
Please note: There are no shared rooms on this Chapter. Shared room prices are available for couples sharing only.
Bocas has a little bit of everything, but this Chapter is better suited for the adventurous and easy-going types who don’t mind giving up some comforts in exchange for a more authentic experience. The vibe is super chill: flip-flops, a tank top, and a bicycle are the way to be in Bocas. You are surrounded by water and other islands, and water taxis are the way to find some truly beautiful beaches to explore, relax, and work from.
This small rustic island can experience infrequent power outages. We'll have MiFi devices for backup internet connectivity, but keep these sporadic power cuts in mind and keep your devices charged.
It is hot and humid, so some insects that are part of the local habitat are unavoidable. Bring insect repellent!
Bocas del Toro is an archipelago, so boat travel is common. Be prepared for water taxis and boats as the primary means of transportation between islands. If boat rides make you queasy, bring motion sickness medication.
In some locations, you can also rent scooters or bicycles at good prices, especially for several weeks.

A few spots are set aside to build a more balanced community on the ground, with a mix of genders, nationalities, ethnicities, and member experience levels. All shared rooms are between 2 or 3 people of the same self-identified gender.
Bocas del Toro Chapter FAQs

If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least ten weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least six weeks, but less than ten weeks, prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a 50% refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive no refund whatsoever and the deposit shall be forfeited.

We have three amenities categories we look at when selecting the upgrade rooms:
- Functionality: desk, chair, kitchen, ensuite bathroom, privacy, AC, kitchenette or kitchen, fridge, walk-in closet or extra storage space etc.
- How it looks: balcony, terrace, views, size of room, size of bed, windows/natural light, decor, living room or seating area, couch, coffee table, mirror etc.
- Mixed: When possible, the room shares some of both of the above.
- Securing the upgrade guarantees that you get the amenities you've paid for.
- Upgrades that have not been secured will be assigned to members based on a number of different factors by the host (order of booking, circle level, etc.)
- If all rooms have a particular amenity such as AC we do not offer upgrades for that particular amenity.
