Highlights
We are staying in trendy Vake and Vera! These areas are particularly popular because of their beautiful parks and close proximity to some of the country’s top universities.
Vake is known as Tbilisi’s “posh” suburb, with plenty of wide footpaths and leafy green spaces to explore - including the lovely Mziuri Park. And if you’re a foodie, you’ll be in heaven in Vake, as there are dozens of breakfast cafes, restaurants, and bars to choose from! The real star of the show, though, is Vake Park - a massive green space with walking and cycling paths, as well as a large Soviet-style memorial.
Each of the 14 rooms has air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a desk with a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a personal mini-fridge. The rooms offer views of the mountains, garden, or city.
There is the option to upgrade.
Good to Know
Tbilisi is not a super cohesive city, meaning there are several central or popular neighborhoods but they are not close to each other. The location we are staying in is pretty trendy and wonderfully green, but we are not in the historic downtown. The historic downtown is accessible by bus (25min) or a quick Bolt ride (Uber-like ride-share service) which is pretty affordable (around 5 euros).
If you’re someone who likes to stay active, Vake has plenty of sports complexes, gyms, and indoor swimming pools to choose from. And if you’re up for a bit of adventure, be sure to check out the urban hiking trails near Turtle Lake - they’re absolutely stunning!
Our hotel features a covered and fully furnished rooftop terrace, an indoor dining room, and a fully outfitted kitchen. Perfect for putting your feet up and chilling with the Tribe.
The property has four floors and an elevator.
The pricing for the 2nd Chapter is a bit higher due to September being high season in Georgia.
