We asked a few of our most long-term Tribers to tell us about Bali. Here's a video compilation...
Fayzah has done 6 chapters with the Tribe. Jess is on her 10th chapter and spent 3 of them in Bali. Pia is about to hop on her 8th and keeps coming back to Bali every year. And, Andrea has done more chapters than we can count on both hands, as a Triber and team member, and considers Bali his
second third home!

Bali is becoming more popular among remote workers, entrepreneurs and freelancers. With its diverse scene of boutique hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, Bali creates a perfect vibe for working remotely. Even though it's a developing island in Indonesia, you can easily find fast WiFi in chic cafes and coworking spaces with meeting rooms, 24/7 check-in and AC to get work done.
A growing community of expats and entrepreneurial Balinese make a welcoming atmosphere to collaborate and create.
Bali is a popular destination among first time digital nomads, experienced remote workers, friendly expats and adventurous souls.
Hop on a scooter and spend the day seeking nature’s most awe-inspiring creations - epic waterfalls and lush jungle waterways hide around every corner. Whilst the otherworldly Tegalalang rice terraces will leave you in awe of humanity’s ability to manipulate nature in an almost supernatural way.
Monkey Forest is the spiritual home of Ubud’s playful primates. It’s impossible not to smile at these utterly adorable, and often cheeky little fellas. Feed them tasty bananas and fresh berries from your open palm, and prepare to fall head-over-heels in love.
Take a walk through history and lose yourself in a world of Buddhist zen. Journey down ancient paths in Bali’s enchanting gardens, overflowing with tropical plants, dotted with moss-covered statues and humming with the harmonious tweets of tropical songbirds.
When it comes to health and wellness, Canguu will ensure you’re living your best life. Beach workouts and Crossfit gyms will knock you into shape, while open-air yoga and meditation studios keep you calm and centered. Top it off with an invigorating swim or surf to become the living embodiment of life done well.
If any country could be described as an artist, it would be Bali. You’ll forgive the 3 am hike as you witness her paint a watercolor masterpiece in the morning sky, atmospherically lighting the nearby volcanic craters that dot the panorama. No camera needed, these memories will last a lifetime.
Whether it’s simple street food, or high-end restaurant-fare, Bali is a culinary tour-de-force. An exotic blend of crunchy veggies, fresh fish, fragrant spices and aromatic herbs are woven together in explosive flavor combinations, making for a healthy and tantalizing adventure that lasts from breakfast to dinner. And we haven’t even mentioned the coffee… Such incredible coffee!
Hop on a boat and discover picture-perfect tropical paradise – a dreamlike world of gently swaying palm trees, crystal-clear azure waters, and magnificent manta rays basking just below the waves in the warm Balinese sun.
