New to WiFi Tribe? A Chapter is a month of co-living & co-working with 15-25 remote professionals and entrepreneurs. You'll arrive in a new city with an instant community of inspiring, like-minded friends to do life with (deep work on weekdays, daily hangouts, shared dinners, big adventures on weekends). Your social life is an automatic 10/10, but you choose your pace and set your schedule. And by the end, you'll leave with friends you keep traveling with for years.

Weekends are for exploring! We'll head out of Santa Teresa to nearby locations like Tortuga Island, for snorkelling at the coral reef and beachy chill sessions, Montezuma, for swimming or ziplining over waterfalls, Tamarindo, for more surfing, or Mal Pais for more adventures.

My background’s a mix of biodesign, startups, and community building, but at the core of everything I do is one constant: I care about people.

Highlights
It's been a while but we're finally heading back to Santa Teresa, calling Costa Rica's laid-back surf haven home for a month of good vibes and golden sunsets! Get ready to wander through the jungle, rip world-class surf breaks, cowork at trendy cafes, and embody pura vida vibes.
Our coliving home is pure magic! We've got a super spacious property with gorgeous rooms. The property has one large open-plan kitchen, kitted out with all of the essentials. Some upgrade rooms have their own private kitchen, while some rooms include a minifridge. All rooms have A/C, good for the toasty Santa Teresa sun, plus, we've got a pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves.
The property has loads of communal chill areas, including two big terraces, a coworking area, and a dining space. Perfect for coworking sprints and hanging out with the Tribe, picture gabbing over morning coffee before work sprints or firing up the BBQ for Tribal Tuesday. The property is leafy and green, bringing the jungle vibes direct to your door.
When we're not chilling in our leafy green oasis, we'll be out on the town. Our coliving home is perfectly located, just steps from Playa Santa Teresa; perfect for early morning beach swims and sunset missions!
We're located 1km north of Playa Carmen crossroad which means a more peaceful and quiet time is in store; great for focus work, and we're still close to the beach. We're about a 12-15 minute walk into the main Santa Teresa hub where we'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
Good to Know
Please note: This Chapter falls on slightly different dates to our typical October - November schedule.
As noted in the Upgrades and Savings section, there are two rooms which share a duplex unit, and another two rooms that are divided by a locked, frosted glass partition. If you're planning on booking this chapter with your friend, and don't mind sharing a space (duplex unit) or sharing a locked partition between your rooms, consider booking these Upgrades/Savings with a friend.
We'll be in Santa Teresa from late October through November, which means we'll catch the tail end of rainy season (known as "green season"). Rain typically rolls in during late afternoon/evening; perfect timing after we've wrapped up work. You'll still get stunning sunny mornings for surf sessions and beach hangs, but pack quick-dry clothes and a rain jacket, just in case!
Temperatures hover around 27-32°C (80-90°F), so expect warm tropical days with occasional afternoon rain showers that cool things down perfectly. Good news, all rooms come with A/C, which is great for when those humid jungle vibes kick in!
Green season is honestly a fab time of the year, as the jungle is thriving, waterfalls are pumping, and everything is lush and vibrant.
Our coliving home is like a little nature paradise, so don't be alarmed if you see friendly four-legged friends stopping by to join our hangs. Squirrels, cats, raccoon, monkeys, and even iguanas have been known to wander through the property, plus we'll see and hear plenty of endemic birds.

Santa Teresa Chapter FAQs

If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least ten weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least six weeks, but less than ten weeks, prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a 50% refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive no refund whatsoever and the deposit shall be forfeited.

Closest airport: The best option is to arrive at San Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, the capital city of Costa Rica.
From SJO you have more options of land shuttles and local flights to Santa Teresa or anywhere in Costa Rica.
The second option is to fly to Liberia (LIR), in the northwest region of Costa Rica, six hours away by land or thirty minutes by air from Santa Teresa (see Costa Rica map, on your right)
