In Athens, the cradle of Western civilization, we'll walk the same streets that philosophers like Socrates and Plato once did, where 2,500-year-old temples still stand alongside buzzing modern cafés and rooftop bars.
Get ready for world-class museums, trendy neighborhoods, stunning ancient sites, and the perfect weather for exploring. We'll feast on incredible moussaka, souvlaki, and baklava all month long! Picture productive work weeks at local cafés, epic weekend trips to Greek islands and ancient sites, and living in one of the world's most historically significant cities!
New to WiFi Tribe? A Chapter is a month of co-living & co-working with 15-25 remote professionals and entrepreneurs. You'll arrive in a new city with an instant community of inspiring, like-minded friends to do life with (deep work on weekdays, daily hangouts, shared dinners, big adventures on weekends). Your social life is an automatic 10/10, but you choose your pace and set your schedule. And by the end, you'll leave with friends you keep traveling with for years.

Day to day, we'll mix coworking at trendy cafés in Pangrati with time exploring this incredible history-rich city. Picture strolling through the ancient streets of Athens between work sprints and after hours; exploring the Acropolis, wandering through gorgeous Plaka's winding streets, strolling the National Garden, and climbing Lycabettus Hill for sunset missions.
Weekends are epic with Athens as our base! We'll explore ancient sites like Delphi and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, island-hop to gorgeous Aegina for beaches and history, hit coastal spots along the Athenian Riviera, and squeeze in legendary boat days sailing the Aegean. Whether you're into ruins, beaches, or island hopping, everything's here!

With its rich history and culture that dates back thousands of years, Athens offers a unique combination of ancient landmarks, museums, trendy neighborhoods, and exciting nightlife - everything we need to create an unforgettable chapter experience together.
1. Soak up Ancient History at the Acropolis
The Acropolis is the most famous landmark of Athens and one of the world's most famous historical sites.
2. Explore Gorgeous Plaka
Plaka is the oldest neighborhood in Athens, and it is full of small streets and alleyways. It has several ancient buildings, including churches and old mansions.
3. Stroll Around the National Garden
The National Garden is a large park located in the heart of Athens. It has several small lakes, botanical gardens, and shaded walking paths.
4. Enjoy the View from Lycabettus Hill
Lycabettus Hill is the highest point in Athens, and it offers a panoramic view of the city. You can reach the top of the hill by a cable car or by climbing up the stairs.
5. Taste the Local Cuisine
Athens is known for its delicious food. Try the traditional Greek dishes, such as moussaka, souvlaki, and tzatziki, and taste the local wines and ouzo.
6. Explore the Island of Aegina
Aegina is a beautiful island located near Athens. You can take a ferry from Piraeus and explore the island's beaches, historical sites, and local cuisine.
7. Take a Day Trip to Delphi
Delphi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located about two and a half hours from Athens. It was the center of the ancient world and home to the famous oracle.
8. Visit the Temple of Poseidon
The Temple of Poseidon is located in Sounion, about an hour's drive from Athens. It is situated on a cliff overlooking the sea and offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

Highlights
It's been a while but we're heading back to Athens for a month-long Chapter!
Our coliving setup is awesome. We've taken over several apartments for this Chapter. Property 1 is a sleek, brand-new eight-story building. We've locked down the entire building with all eight apartments exclusively for us. All rooms in Property 1 have tables and chairs for productive work sprints.
Property 2 is a trendy, modern apartment just a few minutes' walk away, featuring a spacious private terrace perfect for evening drinks, sunset hangs, or alfresco work sessions!
Every apartment across both properties comes with a terrace equipped with a large table that's perfect for outdoor coworking sessions or dining together. Inside each apartment you'll find fully equipped kitchens, washers (no dryer), large tables for working, and comfortable lounging areas.
Finally, every room across both properties has A/C, essential for those warmer spring days and absolutely perfect for comfortable sleeping!
We're calling Pangrati home, officially ranked among the world's coolest neighborhoods, and we can't wait to explore! We're steps from local bakeries selling fresh spanakopita, neighborhood tavernas serving proper Greek food, pedestrian squares lined with cafés, art galleries, cocktail bars, and more. We're also a short stroll from the iconic Panathenaic Stadium (where the first modern Olympics happened!).
Good to Know
Athens is incredibly walkable, especially in our Pangrati neighborhood! For traveling further distances, the metro system is excellent, cheap (€1.20 per ride), and connects you everywhere, from Syntagma Square, Monastiraki, and the Acropolis to the coastal areas. Buses and trams also run frequently. For day trips outside Athens, buses and trains are affordable and reliable.
We'll be in Athens at the best time of the year! Late spring means perfectly warm weather before the intense summer heat descends. Expect temperatures around 18–26°C (64–79°F), with sunny days, warm afternoons, and cool, pleasant evenings.
Greek is the primary language, but English is widely spoken in Athens, especially in tourist areas, restaurants, and shops, so you'll have no communication issues. That said, learning a few Greek phrases (like "Kalimera" = good morning, "Efcharisto" = thank you, "Parakalo" = please/you're welcome) will be helpful.
Greeks eat late, with dinner often served after 9pm. Don't be surprised if tavernas are empty at 7pm!
With Pangrati as our base, we'll have plenty to do and see in Athens alone, but on weekends we'll head out of the city to explore more of Greece!

Greece Chapter FAQs

If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least ten weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking at least six weeks, but less than ten weeks, prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive a 50% refund of amounts paid minus the deposit and the deposit shall be forfeited unless the booking was either made within the 48 hours prior to the cancellation request or the member recommitted to an early booking in which case the deposit shall be allowed to be applied to a future booking.
If a Member cancels a Chapter booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the Chapter, the Member shall receive no refund whatsoever and the deposit shall be forfeited.
