Week 1 & 2: In The Capital...
For the first half of the chapter, we’re staying in the best possible location in Nairobi! Quiet, but just a few walking minutes away from all the action. We’ll be spread across a few apartments.
...Week 3 & 4: on The Beach
For the second half of the chapter, we’ll be living right on the beach! Think, beach workouts, snorkeling & diving right in the backyard, fantastic seafood and a good dose of nightlife.
If you’d like to find out more about what it’s like to live in Nairobi as a ‘digital nomad’, including internet speeds, cost of living, and coworking spaces, have a look at Nomad List’s guide. The pace of life is more relaxed here and although we do our best to have good WiFi in the apartments, stability can sometimes be an issue in Kenya. Of course, we always have internet backups; MiFi devices with mobile data in all our homes to make sure that we can keep working productively if there are any stability issues.
Our homes are a collection of spacious apartments, in the best possible location; a quiet area just a few steps from all the action.
