This Product Specific Addendum (“Addendum”) together with WiFi Tribes Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) (available here) govern your use of WiFi Tribe’s specific services and Experiences listed in this Addendum. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Terms, this Addendum shall control as to the specifically applicable Experience. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning as defined in the Terms.
By enrolling in and participating in any of the Experiences addressed in this Addendum, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and this Addendum.

Section 1 – Chapter

1.1   A Chapter is a trip, typically a month long, where a group of remote professionals come together to spend time coliving, coworking and exploring a destination together.

1.2   Most, but not all, Chapters will have a WiFi Tribe Host present and participating in the Chapter. The primary responsibility of a Host is to foster the right culture together with the members of the Chapter. Hosts may also support WiFi Tribe with logistics related to setting up and running a Chapter, but may or may not have been to that location before. This would include assisting WiFi Tribe in implementing and enforcing its Community Guidelines.

1.3   Host Authority. Hosts are empowered to enforce WiFi Tribe’s Terms and Conditions as well as the community guidelines. By participating in a Chapter, Members agree to abide by the Host’s decision making.

1.4   Hosts are not first-aid trained nor licensed counselors and are not qualified to provide first aid or mental health services.

1.5   Your Membership must be active and paid up on the first day of the Chapter in order to be eligible to participate in the Chapter.

1.6   Several Chapters may be occurring at the same time in different locations.

1.7   Accommodation Disclosure. The quality and amenities of each accommodation arranged by WiFi Tribe vary considerably. Similarly, the infrastructure of the location may vary considerably. It is your responsibility to research each location prior to booking an Experience. WiFi Tribe contracts with third-party accommodation providers to host our services. We rely on those third-parties to provide accurate photos, descriptions and information about the accommodation, but at times the information, photos and descriptions may not accurately reflect the condition of the accommodation. Depending on the accommodation, the booking of a private room may be satisfied by providing a twin room designated for sole occupancy. WiFi Tribe reserves the right to modify, change, or substitute any advertised accommodation at any point in time. WiFi Tribe will make commercially reasonable efforts to substitute roughly equivalent accommodations when such a substitution becomes necessary.

1.8   Internet Access Disclosure. Internet infrastructure, including wifi availability and network stability, will vary from location to location. WiFi Tribe takes all commercially reasonable measures to ensure a stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for all members. However, We cannot, and do not, guarantee an internet connection. In the event of an outage, WiFi Tribe will promptly take action within its control to restore a connection. For more information regarding the steps taken to ensure a stable internet connection at WiFi Tribe locations, please contact us. By joining an Experience, you accept that you may not have internet and expressly accept the risk of internet outages. WiFi Tribe will not be responsible for or refund, in whole or in part, any fees paid for the Experience in the event of lack of internet access, unstable or slow internet connection, or an interruption in internet access.

Section 2 – Colive

2.1   Colives are trips, where the vibe is more about coliving with a more intimate group of friends who have been on a Chapter, spreading out the weekend adventures so there’s still time to relax, and appreciating a break from the stresses that come with always being on the go. As with all WiFi Tribe Experiences, the coliving setup will be community-centric.

2.2   Only Members who have previously attended a Chapter are eligible to participate in Colive experiences.

2.3   There will not be a WiFi Tribe representative present at Colive events.

2.4   WiFi Tribe will be responsible for securing the accommodation, but as there will not be a WiFi Tribe representative present, Members will be responsible for handling any issues with the accommodations or wifi directly with our local contacts.

2.5   Members will be responsible for creating shared rules and guidelines for living together. WiFi Tribe’s Community Guidelines should be the framework for the shared rules of the Colive, but enforcement and deviations from the Guidelines will be left to the agreement of the group.

2.6   Attendance at a Colive will be credited towards a Member’s status and Completed Trip Counter.

2.7   Accommodation Disclosure.

2.8   Internet Access Disclosure.

Section 3 - Unplugged Adventure

3.1   Unplugged Adventures are week-long trips designed to allow Members to completely unplug from their work and connect with other Members who have previously joined Chapters and understand what being a Triber is all about.

3.2   Only Members who have previously attended a Chapter are eligible to participate in Unplugged Adventures.

3.3   Unplugged Adventures are required to be paid for in full upfront. Partial deposits shall not be sufficient to secure a booking. Payments for Unplugged Adventures shall be due no later than 12 weeks prior to the departure date.

3.4   All Unplugged Adventures are different (i.e. ski trip, sailing trip, safari) so Members should familiarize themselves with the specifics of each trip prior to enrolling.

3.5   Users who book an “Unplugged” trip acknowledge that these services may be provided for by contracted third-parties. WiFi Tribe shall not be liable for the services provided by these third parties. Once the trip has commenced, all inquiries and concerns should first be made to the point of contact with the contracted third-party. In the event of a concern with the third-party provider, WiFi Tribe may attempt to, but is not required to, mediate or assist in resolving the concern.

3.6   Unplugged Adventures may be subject to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to their cancellation and refund policy.

3.7   As a reminder, the liability waiver and assumption of the risk provisions of the Terms and Agreement shall apply to all Members’ participation in Unplugged Adventures.

3.8   There will not be a WiFi Tribe representative or host on Unplugged Adventures.

3.9   There may or may not be internet access on an Unplugged Adventure.

3.10   Unplugged Adventures are not credited towards a Member’s Status nor will they increase the Member’s Completed Trip Counter.

Section 4 - Chapter Pass

4.1   Chapter Passes allow Members who were unable to secure a spot in the Chapter to still participate in the Chapter. Chapter Passes allow Members access to the Chapter’s Slack, participate on all the weekend trips, and be in the loop for all Chapter events, however, Chapter Pass holders are responsible for securing their own accommodations and will not have accommodation with the Chapter.

4.2   Depending on the location, Host and lodging, Chapter Pass members may or may not have limited access to the WiFi Tribe property.

4.3   Your Membership must be active and paid up on the first day of the Chapter in order to be eligible to participate in the Chapter under the Chapter Pass.

4.4   While Chapter Pass holders will not be denied the opportunity to participate in any WiFi Tribe organized excursions during the Chapter, WiFi Tribe does not guarantee inclusion in activities which are not organized by WiFi Tribe. Moreover, because Chapter Pass holders will not be around everyone by virtue of the living accommodations, Chapter Pass holders may miss out on some of the serendipitous moments experienced by the Chapter.

4.4.   Deposits for Chapters cannot be applied to Chapter Passes.

4.5   Chapter Passes are only available for Chapters which are fully booked. In the event, spots open up in the Chapter, those spots will be offered to the Chapter Pass holders first in first come first served priority. If the Chapter Pass holders decline to accept the spot in the Chapter, WiFi Tribe reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the Chapter Pass. Only a limited number of Chapter Passes will be available for each Chapter, the exact number may vary by Chapter depending on WiFi Tribe’s determination on the optimal number of attendees. Chapter Passes may not be available for all Chapters.

4.5   Because of the physical separation from the other Chapter participants, only experienced Members (those who have attended three or more Chapters in the past) are permitted to book a Chapter Pass. WiFi Tribe also strongly recommends that all Chapter Pass holders make arrangements to participate in the full duration of the Chapter. All Chapter Passes are for the full month duration and there will be no proration for Members who choose to only participate in a partial month.

4.6   Internet Access Disclosure.
