The role

We're looking for a (fully remote) Marketing Assistant to join our team of hustlers, dreamers, and creators. You don't need buckets of marketing experience, but you do need to be:

• A self-starter who adores the grind of the start-up world
• A detail-oriented implementor who thrives on getting shit done
• Someone who works equally well in a team and solo: we don't do micro-management
• A fast and hungry learner who proactively develops their own skills
• A focused finisher, who never leaves a task incomplete
• Endlessly resourceful and tirelessly curious

But most importantly, we're looking for passion. Our team is a diverse bunch (10 nationalities) of growth-minded, ambitious self-starters who love the thrill of the start-up world, and we'll generously equip you with all the skills you need to turn this role into something incredible.

• $32,000 to $44,000 in value, broken down like this:
    -   payment of $18,000 - $30,000 p.a. (€16k-€26k / £12k-£23k)
    -   up to $10,000 in trips with the Tribe (monthly rates are between $1,000 - $1,600)
    -   $5,000 in flights & accommodation whilst on (and between) locations

We receive literally hundreds of applications for each role we push out through traditional channels, so we decided to shake up the recruitment process for this role. What we've designed is focused on finding the right personality, not just the person who's best at filling out application forms!
